Directions

FROM DAYTON: Go 2.5 miles west on FM 1960 towards Humble. The clinic is located on the left, just past Chachere Feed Store.

FROM HUFFMAN/HUMBLE: Go 10 miles east on FM 1960 from FM 2100 in Huffman. The clinic is located on the right, just past Calvary Baptist Church.

FROM BAYTOWN/PASADENA/HOUSTON: Go to Dayton on Hwy 146 or US 90.   On Hwy 146 turn right on 90. From 90 turn left on Hwy 321 at the Burger King/McDonalds. Go under the underpass and turn left at the light on FM 1960. Then go 2 1/2 miles west towards Humble. The clinic is located on the left, just past Chachere Feed Store.
