GENERAL HEALTH CARE is provided to pets and farm animals. This includes diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease, x-rays, laboratory work, surgery, and immunizations.

FARM CALLS are available for farm animals. We prefer to treat all animals at the clinic in our covered facilities. Circumstances sometime make farm calls necessary. Call the clinic to make arrangements when a farm call is needed.

BOARDING is provided as a service to our clients. Boarding is done on a reservation basis. Our kennel is climate controlled the year round, providing comfort for your pet.

EMERGENCY SERVICE can be reached by calling the clinic 24 hours a day.  The clinic's telephone is answered 24 hours a day to assist you in emergencies.

REMINDERS of important vaccinations and medical treatments for your pet are automatically sent to you by mail by our computer system.

REFERRAL SERVICE to specialists is provided. Difficult cases are given the option to see a specialist for treatment, surgery, or even second opinions. Dr. Chachere can offer referral to several specialists in the Houston and Beaumont area and also to Texas A&M University.

ASSISTANCE unloading large or injured animals is available simply by asking at the front desk or by calling in advance. Our area is prone to rain; so even indoor unloading is available upon request.

RESTRAINTS such as leashes, carriers, and cages are available. Every effort is made to avoid contact between patients in the reception area. Just let the receptionist know if you have a problem when you arrive or by calling in advance.

TOURS of the clinic can be given by appointment to individuals and small groups.

4-H AND FFA DISCOUNTS are given for certain procedures on youth project animals.

BREEDER REFERRALS can be given. Upon your request, your pet can be added into our computer's database as a potential breeder.

Home Again MicroChips are available. Microchips are a safe and permanent way to identify your pet. It may be the only way you can recover your pet if lost or stolen.
